Item arrived quickly. True to size. Stitching is generally poor but serviceable for the price which makes this a 3/5 because it is winter-worthy. See cuffs prior to first wear. Stitching is coming apart and adjustable velcro tab was sewn into the seam backwards. If the stitching were excellent this would be a solid 5/5 for a good quality budget-friendly coat.
