Gill Race Fusion Jacket - High-Performance Waterproof Sailing Jacket for Men & Women - Ideal for Boating, Fishing & Outdoor Adventures

This is a good looking, and well-constructed Gill shell, which covers the zones between a light crew jacket, and heavier offshore foul weather gear. The shell is thick and heavy, but not insulated, and not nearly as heavy as offshore gear since it lacks the liner, extra pockets, gaiters, etc. I'm 5ft 10in, 155 pound athletic build, and the Medium fits me as I wanted it to - that is loosely with room to layer underneath, hanging down just past my waist. The tail on this jacket is particularly long, which I like since I will often wear this sailing with jeans / other non-waterproof pants and I expect it will keep my butt dry. Haven't gotten it wet yet, but impressed so far with the fit and quality. Also the price was competitive.
