This is a nice, comfortable, medium-but-hefty weight jacket with retro style. It has made it through the washing machine once and still looks good; however, after washing we noticed that the fabric is not hemmed above and to the sides of each pocket (this is a design feature, not a flaw in manufacturing). Therefore, some threads are now poking out of the non-hemmed areas. This may be fine for people who like a lived-in, casual look, but may not be for anyone looking for a more finished look.
